Auditions are open to Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Brownies, Guides, Rangers and Leaders
​

Cubs or Brownies are required to be 10.5 years or over as at 1 July 2022 to be a cast member
​

You are only required to attend one audition timeslot
​

The is a one off $150 commitment fee to be a cast member
-
This fee covers camps, rehearsal t-shirt and other incidentals
-

The commitment fee needs to be paid in full or a payment plan in place with the Gangshow Treasurer by Sunday 6 March 2022

Hardship funding is available, refer to the Gangshow Treasurer for further details​

The commitment fee is non-refundable if you decide to pull out of the cast unless you can show good reason for the withdrawal
​

A cast member acceptance email will be sent out on the 20 February 2022 if you are accepted into the cast
​

There will be a parent and cast member meeting on Sunday 27 February 2022 from 1pm till 3pm
​

Rehearsals go for 17 weeks starting from Sunday 6 March 2022 from 11am till 4pm each week
​

There are no rehearsals on Easter Sunday 17 April 2022 and Queens Birthday 5 June 2022
​

Camp 1 starts on Friday 18 March at 6:30pm and finishes on Sunday 20 March 2022 at 3pm
​

Camp 1 is about casting for roles
​

Camp 2 starts on Friday 1 July at 6:30pm and finishes on Sunday 3 July 2022 at 4pm
​

Camp 2 is the start of dress rehearsals for show week
​

Both camps are compulsory for the entire weekend
​

All cast will adhere to the Scout / Guide Promise and Law at all times
​
-
Bad language or behaviour will not be tolerate
-
There will be a single strike warning then you will be asked to leave
-

All cast will be required to sign a code of conduct
-
Any cast member 18 or under will need to have the code of conduct co-signed by a parent or guardian
-
This will be done at the parents meeting on Sunday 27 February
-
If the code of conduct is not co-signed by a parent on Sunday 27 February then the cast member cannot start rehearsals until the process has been completed
-

Cast over 18 will need to be police vetted and hold a current "Event Helper" or "Leader" warrant through Scouts NZ
​

All cast who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine must be double vaccinated by 6 March 2022
​
